You lease, and the community pays 713 APTS a referral commission for sending you, usually $500 to $1,500. Your gift card is a slice of that exact check. It isn't added to your rent, your application, or your deposit.

After you move in, once the community pays us, typically 30–90 days. It's a gift card, not cash: that's what keeps us from promising money we haven't been paid. It goes out in a Thursday batch that Hayden reviews by hand, and your dashboard shows which step you're on the whole time.

The wait. Nothing is prepaid. That's the honest downside, and it's the only one. No fee, no payment info, no obligation.

Where it asks how you heard about us, pick apartment locator and write 713 APTS. If your application doesn't ask, tell the leasing office and ask whether there's a referral form at move-in. That one line is the whole program.

That's exactly why we register you by email before you tour: logged, time-stamped, with a copy in your inbox. If it still ends up listed another way, we sort it out with the office directly, not with you.

Most Houston communities do, and that's what funds this. A few don't. We tell you on the property page before you tour, not after you sign. You can still lease there, there just wouldn't be a reward on that one.

Starred communities are mostly $1,000-and-up, because that's where the bigger commissions are. Below that, the Welcome home gift card is the whole deal, and it's still real money.

One reward set per signed lease, not per person, and you tell us whose email it goes to. Split the pizza however you want.

Depends on that one property. If you toured on your own and they already have you on file another way, we probably can't be your referral source there. Anywhere you haven't toured yet is wide open, and there's a lot of Houston left. Ask us and we'll tell you honestly which is which.
