Absolutely! That's what 713 APTS is all about. We are an Apartment Locating agency, we help people find apartments, homes, townhomes, condos, duplexes, etc. for rent. Even garage apartments! If it's for rent, we can find it.
We're paid by the landlord when our clients designate us as their referral source on their rental application. It is Free to inquire, but we recommend to opt in to our $125 Locator Deposit to stay top-priority, refundable if you lease an apartment with us (more details on our pricing page)
We work with a HUGE amount of listings. All Houston apartment complexes and buildings are included in our private database, as well as for rent by owner & boutique management company listings found on the Realtor MLS.
We only work with a select few management companies that will consider second chance leasing. Typically these management companies/landlords require a minimum of a two month security deposit for second chance leasing. Due to the increased amount of time it requires for us to help second chance leasing, we only work with second chance leasing clients on a double locator deposit basis ($250) which is not refundable. We have a second chance leasing specialist, but she is only available to take on clients under a double locator deposit ($250) plus the ability to pay double security deposit and/or multiple months of rent upfront to the landlord on the day of lease signing. On average, it is around $3500-$4000 total to have any success with getting second chance leasing successfully approved, lease signed, and moved in. (Double Security Deposit + First Months Rent, sometimes more months of rent paid upfront depending on credit/background issues.)
