Our compensation model is centered around hard work, and competitive pay.
Do you currently work for a Free apartment locating agency? Schedule an interview with 713 APTS, where you have the ability to work clients who have paid a Locator Deposit, ensuring you earn a minimum of $80 for getting clients to the application stage.
If they are approved and lease, you'll be paid a commission split based on the number of leases you've closed. Commission Splits vary based on experience and closing ratio.
Do you have a Realtor Membership and sell homes too? Our full service brokerage (South RECA) does sales! We've sold Million Dollar Homes, Luxury+High End Real Estate, New Construction, Small Commercial Buildings, Investor Properties, Condos, Homes inside the loop, Suburban Homes, Townhomes, Lake Homes, Rural Property, Acreage, Lots, Flips, Tear Downs, and more!

Leasing is the start of many successful real estate careers, and our agency supports agents in Sales, Purchases, and Rental transactions. 713 APTS is where we keep all of our apartment locating and leasing transactions. SOUTH is the brand is where we keep all of our Sales/Buyers/MLS deals...if you're new to real estate, this will make alot of sense after you have a little bit of experience! Leasing and Sales and two very different things and require two totally different marketing toolsets.
Our commissions are competitive, and we offer training virtually + on the job (on showings) + as well as training days in our Rice Village Admin Office. We're still working on expanding, so desks in our Rice Village office are earned through being a monthly top producer.
